This week's meeting saw slightly fewer numbers at PN but we know in most cases its purely down to workload which is the result of successful networking, is it not!? However, we did have a very welcome guest, Debbie Silvester (Eckington HR).
This week we wanted to devote the discussion part of the meeting to ‘where the group is going’ and talk about how we grow and develop the group in 2012. Very interesting that the general consensus is that we are happy with the quality of businesses represented and content of the meetings. Whilst we do want to encourage guests and ultimately new members, we are very aware that members enjoy the current dynamic of the group, so we recognise we each have the responsibility to maintain the trust and commitment we already have.
Thanks to Anthony Smith (Humphrey & Co Chartered Accountants) for chairing the discussion. At our next meeting on 7th December we will briefly recap on the additional feedback.
